Barely 20 years old, Decoder aka Gautham Garg is one of the most exciting new voices in the global techno scene. Raised in Dallas as the son of Indian immigrants, the producer has made a name for himself with a consistently futuristic, rhythm-focused vision – a style that has won over both Jeff Mills and Richie Hawtin. Not only do they regularly DJ with him – Mills also released the first of his seven (!) albums on his label Axis. Tonight, Decoder is playing his first gig at Berghain, which, incidentally, was also the first club he ever went to – long after he started producing and DJing in his youth. Ostgut-Ton regular Tobias will be playing live. This past spring, Delsin released a collaborative album with Japanese leftfield techno and ambient producer Doltz, titled Versus. DJ Rush, Kittin and Chez Damier will bring a high concentration of old-school power, each with their own distinct style.
