Sister

Sister is a new party series by Nathalie Seres with a musical focus on house, garage, breaks and other UK styles. She chose the name because she feels a strong connection to the term: her sister is the most important person in her life, and her closest friends are like family to her. Likewise, the evening aims to have emotional basis – a feeling of togetherness, openness and attention, both on the dancefloor and in the line-up. Seres first approached the electronic music via jungle and D'n'B, and she wants Sister to bring these influences, which often aren't quite a fit for the typical Klubnacht, to Panorama Bar. Call Super, Pangaea and Special Request – three British DJ/producers who have played a key role in shaping the hardcore continuum over the last 15 years – will kick off the night. Sophie McAlister from Austria will play here for the first time, as she says, “with a fat bottom and a pretty top.”
