Originally from the suburbs of Paris, Berlin-based DJ/producer Egregore considers his label Terenor Records as a cross-genre laboratory of sound. For tonight's showcase at Säule, he is welcoming OCCA from Hokkaido, Japan for an unbridled set combining the spiritualism of psychedelic music, the storytelling of house, the sci-fi feel of Detroit techno and the trance of minimal. Hailing from Morocco, Paris-based artist Vel offers an unmistakable blend of strength and sensuality, letting thunderous drums collide with ethereal whispers. Her sets explore various genres from trance to ambient, breaking BPM constraints and creating a dynamic interplay between the raw and the refined. Closing out the night will be a joint set from Ana Malo and Sioc, fusing hypnotic psy and Goa grooves with dark, driving rhythms.
