Klubnacht

Based in North-western France, producer Hansgod fills a niche marked by analog texturing, jagged beats and euphoric melodies. His releases on labels such as Obliqu3 and his own Gnosticuts are distinguished by a polymorphic sound design. Modular synthesizer loops meet organic layers of percussion, floating synths and broken kicks. It’s hardly surprising that his progressive tracks have made it into the sets of DJs like Laurent Garnier and John Digweed. At Klubnacht, Hansgod will perform live on the Säule floor on Sunday evening. Gene On Earth, founder of the Limousine Dream label, will perform at Panorama Bar: His style draws on the history of late-90s American leftfield house: dry, rolling basslines, playful sample details and precisely placed synth stabs form the foundation of his sets. And under his alias L.B. Dub Corp, Luke Slater once again shifts his focus on house music.
